Property Description

Full disclosure: Numerous ruins exist on Plots 92-A&B. The chances of developing any part of this land is next to zero unless you restore it back according to how the STX Historical Society wants you to. All questions concerning that should be directed to them. Perhaps a Walking Museum and/or Culture Center would fit there. According to the most recent [As-Built-Survey] map, there are no ruins on Plot No 92-A consisting of 3.777 US acres. Property is zoned R-2. (19 different uses)
