The home, designed by architect Renee D'Adamo, is built for indoor-outdoor living, with walls of glass and open galleries facing the water. The gourmet kitchen is the heart of the home, finished in custom mahogany with dual refrigerators and, of course, an ocean view from the sink. A pergola-covered dining area sets the stage for al fresco meals under the stars, while the outdoor shower makes the transition from beach to bed effortless. Move in and start living the water life immediately -- this sale includes 2 wakeboards, 2 Sublue underwater sea scooters, life vests, and full snorkelling equipment, plus power tools and miscellaneous gear to maintain your slice of paradise. Tucked into West End Quarter along St. Croix's dramatic western coastline, this is a rare opportunity to own a true beachfront compound near Sandy Point -- with all the accessibility of a U.S. territory and none of the crowds of more developed islands. Three lots. Half a mile of imagination. One extraordinary life by the sea.
