Property Description

Great opportunity to renovate a home in a well cared for residential area near a park. Beautiful full acre corner lot with mature trees offers a house, cottage with garage, and storage/workshop areas. The concrete home sits back on the lot, away from the road, and has a nice footprint with large living areas and bonus rooms for storage and office or hobby space. Former wood and metal chicken coop has two adjacent storage rooms with concrete floor for a great workshop space. Large concrete garage and and part of the cottage lost their roofs, but add almost 1600 s.f. This is a large property with a lot of potential.
