3 Nicholas NA, St. Croix, St. Croix 00840

Property Description

Estate Nicholas is located in the pristine NW quadrant of St. Croix. This lush nearly 40 acre rain forest parcel is exceptional. The gently sloping acreage includes a long flat crest looking north to the Caribbean Sea. The land eases south to its valley where an active seasonal stream provides an almost spiritual reprieve from the bustle of modern life. Many mature native trees and medicinal plants dot the land. The cell phone signal is excellent! Well-established roads bound and cross the property providing very good access. The few neighbors also enjoy large parcels with established homes. Truly a paradise!
